Water, your hair's best friend.
We all know that water is very important in our lives.We are supposed to drink 8 glasses p/d .
Water keeps us hydrated, Water helps in the digestion process,Water protects your joints,spinal cord and tissues and a whole lot of other things.What most people don't know is that,water is extremely essential to your hair.
Drinking 8 glasses of water p/d will actually keeps your hair hydrated and support hair growth.
I can personally testify to that.I wash my hair every day and it has grown tremendously.I make sure that I trap the moisture by applying some Shea butter on to my hair. I spray some water into my hair before I go to sleep. By trapping the moisture it keeps my hair from being dry and brittle.
Water helps the hair to maintain its elasticity and this prevents the hair from snapping and breaking. Your hair needs water and its the best moisturiser there is.
After washing your hair make sure that you trap the moisture by applying either the natural butter or oil.Preferably butters like Shea butter or Mango butter.
